This weekend I fixed a security light to the garage, hung a blind and changed the light in our bedroom.
Here's how I fitted a security light to the back of our house. Now we have a complete set of 4 dusk to dawn lights fitted - one on the front of our house, two on the side and one on the back.
I get lessons on riding a horse at the Winton Campdraft. I don't think I manage it very well, but at least I gave it a try. I think it will be some time before I'm competing in a draft!

A paper on the benefits of stereology for quantitative radiology. Written by Professor Neil Roberts, Dr Mike Puddephat and Dr Vicky McNulty and published in The British Journal of Radiology, 73 (2000), 679-697.
Taken from Mike Puddephat's PhD, this article describes the principles of magnetic resonance imaging.
Taken from Mike Puddephat's PhD, this article describes the vertical spatial grid and a method for estimating curve length in 3D from total vertical projections.
Taken from Mike Puddephat's PhD, in this article curve length in 3D is discussed (by extending Buffon's needle), as well as surface density and surface area estimation (from IUR, vertical and exhaustive vertical sections).
Taken from Mike Puddephat's PhD, in this article area and volume estimation are discussed, as well as Buffon's needle and the equation of Steinhaus for measuring the length of a curve.
